Governs the controller–processor relationship between the parties in respect of visitor data processed through the AI traffic measurement snippet you add to your site.

1. Scope and parties

This Addendum forms an integral part of the LLMsay Terms of Service and applies only to Users who use the AI traffic measurement function.

In respect of that processing the User acts as “data controller” and [Ad Soyad / Ticaret Unvanı] acts as “data processor”. In the other functions of the Service (your account, your questions, measurement output) [Ad Soyad / Ticaret Unvanı] acts as controller in its own right; those matters are governed by the Privacy Policy.

If you do not use the traffic measurement function, this Addendum does not apply to you.

2. Subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing

The measurement snippet does not collect or store visitors’ IP addresses and writes no cookies to the visitor’s browser. This design choice minimises the risk that the processed data renders an individual identifiable.

3. Obligations of the processor

[Ad Soyad / Ticaret Unvanı] undertakes to:

process personal data only in accordance with the User’s instructions and for the purpose of providing the Service; not use it for any other purpose, sell it, or market it to third parties;
limit access to the data to what the work requires and place those with access under a duty of confidentiality;
apply the technical and organisational measures listed in section 8 of the Privacy Policy;
not engage a sub-processor without the User’s prior written consent, it being acknowledged that the User grants general authorisation under this Addendum in respect of the infrastructure providers currently used (hosting and database), and that the User will be informed in advance of any change of sub-processor;
not respond directly to requests from data subjects, but forward such requests to the User without delay and provide reasonable assistance in satisfying them;
notify the User of any personal data breach without undue delay and in any event within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of it, providing information about the nature of the breach, the categories of data affected and the measures taken;
provide, on the User’s request, the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Addendum;
on termination of the Service, delete or return the data at the User’s election, subject to retention obligations arising from law.

4. Obligations of the controller

Before adding the measurement snippet to their site, meet the transparency obligation towards their visitors and obtain valid consent where required.
Determine the legal basis for this processing and reflect it in their own privacy notices.
Keep the ingest key confidential and regenerate it if compromise is suspected.
Use the measurement snippet only on websites for which they are authorised.

5. International transfers

Visitor traffic data is processed on the infrastructure hosting the Service and is NOT transferred to AI platforms. That data is shown only in the User’s own reports and made available to the User through CSV export.

6. Liability and effect

Liability under this Addendum is subject to the limitations in section 14 of the Terms of Service.

In the event of conflict between this Addendum and the Terms of Service in respect of the processing covered by this Addendum, this Addendum prevails.
